باستخدام وازاب CRM (الموقع، واجهة البرمجة، وإضافة المتصفح) فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. الخدمة أداة SaaS للتاجر لإدارة المحادثات والطلبات بجانب واتساب ويب.
المسؤولية
أنت مسؤول عن الرسائل التي تُرسل لعملائك عبر واتساب، بما في ذلك محتوى التأكيد والشحن، وعن الالتزام بسياسات واتساب/Meta وشروط متجرك (سلة، زد، ووكومرس) والقوانين المعمول بها. لا نضمن المبيعات أو تسليم الناقل أو استمرار واتساب ويب دون تغيير.
لا ضمان
تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي» دون ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية، بما في ذلك الملاءمة لغرض معيّن أو عدم الانقطاع. لا نتحمل مسؤولية الأضرار غير المباشرة أو فقدان الأرباح الناشئ عن الاستخدام.
الحساب والإنهاء
يجب أن تكون مخوّلاً بربط المتجر وحساب Google. يجوز لنا تعليق الحساب عند إساءة الاستخدام أو مخالفة السياسات. يمكنك التوقف عن الاستخدام وطلب حذف البيانات وفق سياسة الخصوصية.

By using Wazzap CRM (the site, API, and browser extension) you agree to these terms. The product is a SaaS tool for merchants to manage chats and orders beside WhatsApp Web.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for messages sent to your customers on WhatsApp, including confirmation and shipping texts, and for complying with WhatsApp/Meta policies, your store’s terms (Salla, Zid, WooCommerce), and applicable law. We do not guarantee sales, carrier delivery, or that WhatsApp Web will remain unchanged.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is” without express or implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits arising from use.
Account and termination
You must be authorized to connect the store and Google account. We may suspend an account for abuse or policy violations. You may stop using the product and request deletion as described in the privacy policy.
